                                     THE NEW WORLD ORDER

In "Foreign Affairs", Spring 1991, (the soft-cover booklet published by the Council on Foreign Relations, five times per year), there is a fascinating article, entitled "THE U.N. IN A NEW WORLD ORDER."  Howard Phillips did an excellent summary of this fifteen page article in his "Issues and Strategy" Bulletin (#384) for May 6, 1991. (Policy Analysis, Inc., 9520 Bent Creek Lane, Vienna, VA 22182.)

The Foreign Affairs article begins with these words, "The new world order envisioned by Presidents Bush and Gorbachev would be founded on the rule of law and the principle of collective security.  That principle necessarily entails the possibility of military enforcement measures by the United Nations."  These NWO promoters tell you exactly what they want and how they are going to get it!  They are saying, "We have these rules of law and we'll use the U.N. armies to enforce them."

The article continues, "The U.N. Charter gives the Security Council the authority 'to maintain or restore international peace and security,' and to enforce the will of the council on a state that has broken the peace.  Use of military force by the council for these purposes was foreseen by the founders of the United Nations..." (Did you ever notice that all these NWO charlatans love to use the words "force" and their objective is always their "will"?)  Howard Phillips comments about the fact that "...no national leader of either the Democratic or Republican parties is warning the American people about the clear and present danger to the preservation and continuance of the liberties which they inherited from their forbears, dating back to America's year of independence in 1776."  This is absolutely true!  The plans of the New World Order, if successful, will remove every vestige of independence, liberty, and freedom that we Americans possess.  We shall find ourselves and our beloved nation under the "will and force" of the U.N. Security Council!

On page 70 of the article we find, "The use of military force by the United Nations.....is surely essential to a world order...."  (You bet it is!).  Citizens (including those of the United States) will not willingly become slaves in this New World Order.  Anyone with any amount of common sense knows that human beings oppose slavery.  The flame of freedom burns within the hearts of all people.  They will oppose this world government which promises "perpetual war for perpetual peace"!  If this NWO is put in place, there will be terrible bloodshed when the "U.N. Peacekeeping Forces" are used!  To paraphrase an old quote, "The New World Order may mean to govern well, BUT THEY MEAN TO GOVERN!"

Whether the citizens of the United States realize it or not, the preceding
paragraph is the reason that the gang in control is moving to disarm the American citizens.  It is absolutely essential that they remove the firearms from the hands of Americans before this New World Order can be enforced.  NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, GIVE UP YOUR GUNS!  All this garbage about "seven day waiting periods", "assault rifles", and "Saturday night specials" is nothing more than a well planned and orchestrated move to disarm our nation so we can ALL be slaves!

Returning to the Foreign Affairs article, on page 71 (while discussing the war in Kuwait and Iraq) the authors (Bruce Russet and James Sutterlin of Yale University), state, "U.S. and Soviet forces should be usefully included in such an operation to ensure, through its size and composition, maximum credibility."  (This is the reason President Bush won't do anything or say anything when Gorbachev uses his troops to crush the Baltic states or freedom-seeking Armenians, Georgians, etc.  Bush won't offend his future partners in the slavemaster business!)

The article continues, "....nothing in the charter (of the U.N.) prohibits the Security Council from deploying peacekeeping forces WITHOUT the consent of all parties,...(emphasis added).  In other words, they'll do it whether others like it or not!

This article is absolutely astounding in its content.  It begs for the absolute establishment of an all powerful, massive, world-wide, New World Order Armed Force to "keep the peace" throughout the world!  The article closes with "Some U.N. capacity to carry out these functions on a permanent basis will therefore be desirable.  For this reason, as well as others previously mentioned, the Security Council should be able to mobilize a force to serve under U.N. command for enforcement purposes.  That capacity may be virtually indispensable in the emergent world order.  The chance to achieve it should not bve missed."  (In other words, you've now seen how the NWO can smash Iraq, so let's get moving and really get a massive armed force under our control so we can conquer the whole world!)

Again, GET this article from the library or WRITE to the Council on Foreign Relations, 58 East 68th Street, New York, NY 10021.  Ask them for a copy of the article.  READ for yourself their plans for our country, our children and our grandchildren.  If this is what you want, then do nothing!  But, if you love freedom and liberty, get busy!  Oppose the New World Order with every fiber of your body! WRITE President Bush (The White House, Washington DC 20500), your Senators (Senate Office Building, Washington, DC, 20510) and your Representatives (House Office Building, Washington, DC 20515).  Tell them to read this article.  Ask them if this is what they want for the United States.   Tell them you oppose this plan for a New World Order!  Tell them this will result in a one world government and the end of our nation's freedom and independence!
